Their specialty is minced pork rice (lu rou fan), but what really sets them apart is the quality of their soups - each bowl is prepared with care, using good ingredients and proper technique. The minced pork is braised until it's tender and flavorful without being greasy, and served over perfectly cooked rice that soaks up all that savory goodness. Locals will tell you to order the soup on the side - whether it's the fish ball soup, bitter melon soup, or winter melon soup, they're all excellent and complete the meal perfectly.
