Widely regarded as one of Taipei's first specialty coffee shops, Coffee Sweet was founded by Sidney Kao, a legendary coffee professional known for his kindness, knowledge, and sixth sense for sourcing exquisite beans. All coffees are prepared using either a Synesso espresso machine or siphon brewing, with complete temperature control to find each coffee's sweet spot. This pioneering café helped establish Taipei's specialty coffee culture.

Well, I'm sure you're familiar with coffee, but did you know there is an incredible and booming coffee culture all across Taipei? You can throw a stone around the city and hit some of the finest in single-origin coffee. Most cafes are also very laptop-friendly if you're looking to get a little bit of extra work done. I've been to literally over one hundred cafes in Taipei myself, and will show you some of my favorites.
